- Online training platform where all your data is stored and analysed

Minimum a weekly analysis of your workouts
o Never train inefficiently for a month and see no results! I analyse
at least once a week all your workouts so that I can based on that

1-2 times a month video call

For €60:
Run the protocol and submit the requested data. The data will be
analysed for you and put into a comprehensive report. Discuss this report
we in a video call.

Depending on your objective(s) and your budget, we always look at how we set up your coaching so that you can complete it on site and at home.
We look enormously at feasibility in terms of timing, budget and available time and energy.
