It is important to train in the right way, adapted to your needs. Your personal trainer will lead you progressively towards your desired goal. Running is an asymmetric sport and you need a good core strength to perform optimally and also to prevent injuries. This way, you can run and enjoy yourself without those annoying, sometimes long-term injuries.
