An in-depth initial conversation where we analyse what you eat, and what you yourself care about. Our goal? A picture of your eating habits and exercise pattern. You will immediately receive initial guidelines for a healthier diet.
Step 2. Your well-being, my mission!
In a second meeting, we create a tailor-made nutrition plan. Your personal needs and requirements form the basis of your new diet. What is important is that you feel good. Your well-being is indispensable for a lasting change. No stress, no guilt and, above all, no hunger!
Step 3. Don't get stuck with your questions or doubts!
Even after the new start, you can count on me. All your questions about your new diet will be answered by me during one or more follow-up meetings.

Your path to a healthier lifestyle
Every person is unique, and so is nutrition. My approach focuses on personal guidance, without strict diets, but with achievable and sustainable adjustments.
Step 1 : You talk, I listen
During an initial consultation (90 min), we discuss your eating habits in detail,
goals and lifestyle. You will immediately get some practical tips and initial guidelines to
eat healthier. After our conversation, I continue working. I analyse all the information and
Work out a plan close to your needs and requirements.
Step 2: A tailor-made plan
Not a standard diet, but a nutrition plan that suits you. The worked-out plan after our
first conversation is the starting point of the second appointment (60 min). Together, we make this plan
concrete, achievable and tailored to you. We make sure you feel good without stress,
guilt or hunger.
Step 3: Ongoing support
Any doubts or questions? I am here for you! In follow-up interviews (30 min) we fine-tune your
diet and guide you towards a healthy relationship with food.
