It’s really lovely, after a period when my life had taken a different direction, to be able to focus fully once again on my first passion: helping people get (back) active and enjoy themselves.
Over the course of 17 years, Sophie has built up her own repertoire of methods to help patients manage their own rehabilitation as effectively as possible. She provides the right tools to help patients get to know their bodies better, assess their limits more accurately and gradually reduce bad habits. So no quick fixes, but a search for the root cause. Your input is absolutely vital to achieving a good result. Together, we’ll work out the best way to tackle this for you. Realistic, clear information and a comprehensive package are the key words that describe my approach.
Specialisations in temporomandibular complaints, deep massage with fascia techniques, dry needling, posture corrections, training weak links, integral approach to complaints by including lifestyle factors, injury prevention integration, ...
To keep my skills up to date, I select around seven training courses each year that help me ensure I take all factors into account in my treatment. This helps me to remain critical and always be open to fresh and different approaches.
You can book an appointment at Huldenberg on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, you can find me at my old place in Tervuren :-).
