Very nice, after a period with a different focus in my life, to be back fully engaged in my first passion, getting people to move (back).

After 15 years, Sophie has built up her own arsenal to help patients rehabilitate themselves to the best of their ability.

Providing the right tools such that patients get to know their bodies better, assess their limits better and bad habits can quietly prevail less.
