Physical training: hockey, basketball, football, running, tennis, martial arts, …

In our practice, we often find that the standard training sessions at the club aren’t enough. Sometimes they focus too much on technique, or they’re too general, or they don’t focus quite enough on technique – and that’s exactly when you want to improve your technical skills.

As a Master’s graduate in Physical Education and thanks to my specific experience as a sports physiotherapist, I gained an insight into the physical training involved in football, hockey, running, volleyball, basketball and other ball sports, martial arts and racket sports.

I’m happy to listen to you and provide additional training where necessary. I now have enough experience to provide additional training at various levels. Would you like to work on your accent
