Not at all. Our beginner classes are specially designed for people without experience. The instructor explains everything calmly and adapts poses where needed. You don't have to be flexible either - that comes naturally.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. A yoga mat is available, but you're welcome to bring your own. Bring a bottle of water and preferably don't come on a full stomach.
We deliberately work with small groups so the instructor can personally guide everyone. This way you get the attention you need and every pose is corrected where necessary.
