Group classes start at an affordable rate per session, with discounted class passes and subscriptions. Private sessions are available on request. Contact us for current prices and a proposal that suits you.

Do I need experience to start yoga?

Not at all. Our beginner classes are specially designed for people without experience. The instructor explains everything calmly and adapts poses where needed. You don't have to be flexible either - that comes naturally.

What should I bring to a yoga class?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. A yoga mat is available, but you're welcome to bring your own. Bring a bottle of water and preferably don't come on a full stomach.

How big are the groups?

We deliberately work with small groups so the instructor can personally guide everyone. This way you get the attention you need and every pose is corrected where necessary.

Can I combine yoga with physiotherapy or personal training?
