Hello, my name is Sophie and I am an adult clinical psychologist (+ 16 years) with a specialisation in oncology.
After working in an SME for several years, I decided to study psychology. In 2020, I graduated as a clinical psychologist from ULB and in 2022, I obtained an additional specialisation in psycho-oncology (CPO).
I worked in various hospitals and institutions and eventually became an independent
psychologist at work. Through individual or couples sessions, I offer counselling to explore together what may be causing you worries in your life and how to deal with them.
In a trusting and benevolent environment, we will work together to identify and analyse these situations, turning these challenges into opportunities by appealing to your personal strengths.
As a psycho-oncologist, I also offer counselling to patients with this disease and their loved ones. During individual or relationship counselling sessions, we can discuss the difficulties that may arise at any stage of the disease (before, during or after treatments).
Experiencing life or an illness is by no means always easy. That is why I invite you to come and share your experiences of the challenges you have encountered and discover together how to strengthen your skills and develop appropriate solutions.
Thanks to my professional and personal experiences, I have developed an active, benevolent listening skill, as well as the ability to analyse and put into words the difficulties anyone may face. My aim is to help everyone regain greater well-being and balance in their lives.
To give you the best possible guidance, I can receive you in French, Dutch, English or Spanish.
I look forward to meeting you.
