I successfully completed my Sport and Exercise course in June 2025. During my
study, I specialised in strength and cardio training, focusing on both health
as sporting achievements. I learned to work with diverse audiences: from
athletes to seniors and people with disabilities.
My passion for sports started at a young age. Sitting still was never an option, but
due to injury after injury, I spent more time at the physiotherapist than on the
volleyball court. This sparked my interest in strength training. I needed a

injury-free, I jumped higher, hit harder and got faster. My conclusion: for those

Where my training began as a personal quest for recovery, it grew here
soon developed a genuine passion for helping others - both in sport and in
health. In our society, the emphasis in healthcare is often on the
prolonging life, but too little on how we ensure that we are in
the last few decades. Strength and cardio training are
