Some people prefer to exercise in groups. During Small Group Training, you and your partners work through an exercise series in circuit form. A great way to push each other, motivate and grow together. You get to know yourself and each other in a different way by exercising. The presence of a partner can be a great motivator to push your limits and keep coming.
A maximum of four people can train.
Everyone can train at their level. A nice change between strength and endurance to make you fitter.
