I'm Matthew Crasner, a dedicated coach & trainer with a lifelong passion for helping people unlock their potential. With over a decade of experience in functional fitness, fighting arts and movement, I'm committed to empowering individuals of all backgrounds to become the best version of themselves. I firmly believe it's never too late to start a transformative journey towards improved health, confidence, and well-being.
My Approach
I specialize in holistic training that focuses on addressing both body & mind, looking beyond just physical training and to address the needs of the whole person. My practice integrates movement, martial arts, functional fitness, stress management, and confidence-building techniques to help clients feel better, fitter and stronger. It helps support them in achieving their goals or in their journey to overcome challenges such as burnout, lack of motivation, stress at work or at school and other life transitions. I focus on fostering resilience, physical and mental strength, and a deep sense of self-awareness.

Fighting sports & Combatives training builds assertiveness, confidence, strength, agility, and preparedness. The programme covers striking (punching, boxing, kicking, knees & elbows), grappling, clinch fighting, and weapons training, including edge weapons countermeasures. You'll learn how to train like a fighter and get fight fit physically and mentally as well as learning about escape and evasion tactics, how to handle aggressors, and how to navigate violent encounters with a tactical, fighting mindset.
This training is ideal for civilians of all ages looking to experience fighting sports or looking for a self-defence training to become more capable and confident, as well as professionals seeking advanced, realistic training. With an emphasis on conditioning and attribute building, live energy drills and safe intense practice, ensuring you're fully prepared for real-world scenarios or just fit to fight.
Pekiti Tirsia Kali
The Filipino Martial Arts programme focuses on the dynamic and highly effective fighting system of Pekiti-Tirsia Kali.
Kali is an indigenous fighting art of the Philippines based on tactics and strategies derived from edged weapons. Pekiti-Tirsia Kali is a complete system incorporating both weapons and empty hands fighting methods. Designed to be effective against both single and multiple attackers, Pekiti-Tirsia is an ancient art that has evolved to stay relevant for modern combat and self-defence scenarios.
Pekiti-Tirsia has become the only system recognised by the Philippine government, as the basis for the official combative programmes of their Armed Forces; Including the elite Force-Recon Marine battalion and Philippine National Police.

Using a holistic approach that blends physical activities such as movement, stretching & bodyweight exercises, fitness, fighting sports, sparring, and functional training, we simulate controlled challenges that help you release tension and restore your mental clarity.
