My own journey to health and wellness has been one of personal transformation. I have struggled with obesity, lack of fitness and emotional eating. These challenges have shaped me not only as an individual, but also as a professional. Through my own experiences, I am deeply motivated to guide you on your path to better health.
Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences: In-depth learning about holistic health with following topics covers nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, smoking, alcohol consumption, sexuality and evidence-based coaching skills.
Holistic Lifestyle Coaching Level 1 (present): Holistic lifestyle coaching.
Integrated Movement Science Level 1 (present): An integrated approach to movement and health.
In addition to my personal training sessions, I also provide small group training sessions Pilates & Yoga (max 4 participants).
