Personal running training
You wish to run 5Km, 10Km, 20Km, marathon or more? Your running technique will be analyzed and discussed with you. After this screening you’ll receive technique exercises who will optimize your running into an ergonomic way. A run-, core- and stabilization program will be made with some guidance in the world of running shoes.
There is an option your running trainer will run with you once a week to guide you and give you tips.
