It is no secret that many women want to continue training during pregnancy and to be fit as soon as possible after childbirth. Yet pregnancy and childbirth ask a lot of your body. 

At Healthcube women can, with the supervision of a professional personal trainer, exercise during and after pregnancy.


The training program focuses on building strenght and endurance. We start with an explanation of stance, diastasis and movement patterns. We also discuss pregnancy and childbirth and the consequences that you may experience. We’ll look at your strengths and weaknesses and what you can pay more attention to. During training we work on a strong core, stenghtening large muscle groups and pelvic floor muscles. All this through functional movements.

Price 600€ for 10 sessions divided by the number of participants, maximum 6.
